Unfortunately, since DLux Roses arrangements are catered and designed to a specific individual, we are unable to accept returns. If you would like to cancel an arrangement, you can do so up to two days before the delivery date. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.  If you notice a damaged box due to courier negligence please notify us immediately.
