Shipping & Delivery

Local Hand Delivery for Eternal Roses is available in Dallas City Limits area, some restrictions may apply.  There is a $20.00 flat rate charge in all hand delivery.

 

DLux Roses delivers preserved rose bouquets nationwide! We ship via USPS Priority,UPS and Fedex.  Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed and shipping is typically 4-5 business days. We do our best to ship out orders immediately so that your Eternal roses arrive at a timely manner.  You can choose delivery day at checkout page. We will deliver your order on the chosen day with the cheapest possible service.

 

Flowers ordered within the determined delivery location can be delivered same day if received by 10:00 AM Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM Saturday, and 9:00 AM Sunday for extra charge. The delivery time will be same day around 8:00 PM.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to international orders. We  not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

To avoid possible delays or cancellations, please place the orders in advance.
