Are they real roses or manufactured roses?

Absolutely!  These are 100% natural roses from Ecuador.  They have been preserved by a proprietary non toxic method which makes them last for a year or longer.

 

Can I remove the roses from the box?

No. careful consideration have been taken we we arranged your bouquet. So we don not recomend that you remove them from the box, this will shorten the lifespan.

 

Can you customize my order with specific arrangement?

Yes! Please add to the comment field, call or email us with your request and our expert team will do our best to fulfill your request.  We have several designs and shapes of boxes and a variety of color pallets for the roses that you can choose from.  Our Roses also have different sizes.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver everywhere in Dallas city limits. Outside of that area we use our trusted shipping carrier. Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. Boxes, Airports and some rural areas.

 

What if there is no one home when the flowers are delivered?

We will leave a note on the door and try again later. If our driver determines that it is safe to leave the flowers with a neighbor or at front desk we will do so.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa and PayPal also. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

 

What makes the roses to last a whole year?

The roses goes through an intensive preservation process which ensures the lasting elegance of each bloom.

Do I need to Water the roses or do any other maintenance?

No Maintenance needed!!! And absolutely never water roses, just keep them away from the sun and extreme heat or cold condition and enjoy them for a year !!!
